7/28/2016 Politico.com - " 'The Election Justice USA report said there were widespread statistical anomalies in at least 21 states that could be sufficient to call the results of our candidate selection process into question.' Their data shows that among the 21 states they've examined so fa[r], the average difference between the reported vote totals and the expected statistical pattern was 12.82 percent — a margin that could have shifted election results."
